Your workspace
Your workspace can contain multiple machines and game servers.
Workspace availability and data retention
Your account can own one workspace at a time, including an inactive workspace. You can connect multiple machines and run multiple game servers in it.
New names are reserved for seven days. Run the installer during that time to begin setup. Email confirmation is required before connecting your first machine.
If no machine has a verified, working node for 31 days, your workspace becomes inactive. A reachable node keeps it active even when all game servers are stopped. Monitoring outages pause inactivity decisions.
We keep your inactive workspace’s settings and name for a further 365 days. Reconnect a working machine before the shown deadline to keep them. After that period, Aperture-hosted workspace configuration is permanently removed and the name may later become available to someone else. Game files on your own machines are left untouched.
We show deadlines here and send reminders before suspension and permanent removal. Opening Aperture or pressing Resume alone does not extend the recovery period.
